[1011.1] - Team Leader Responsiveness and Discord Registration⚓︎

It will be common for the leaders of teams to be in contact with the staff of RGL. Leaders must respond promptly and be respectful to staff members. Leaders must be registered on our public Discord channel. RGL will use Discord as our primary method for admins to get in contact with leaders and vice versa.
