[4004.1] - Playoff Map Selection⚓︎
See [1008.17] - Playoffs for general bracket structure information.
Playoff map selection processes are listed in match comms and may vary based upon division respective to regular season or cup play. Team leaders are expected to be attentive toward match comms and finish pick/bans in a timely fashion. Playoff matches that are played in the best of three of five series should see all maps played in full (i.e. with half times if used by your division). The format is as follows:
- The higher seed team picks to be Team A or Team B
- For Bo3 Match Series: A Bans | B Bans | A Picks | B Picks | A Bans | B Bans | A Picks and Lists Maps
- For B05 Match Series: A Bans | B Bans | A Picks | B Picks | A Bans | B Bans | A Picks| B Picks and Lists Maps
Should a team reach out to the other team to complete the map pick/bans and the other team fails to respond within the 72 hour pick/ban deadline, the team that attempted contact will receive the first ban from the enemy team. Should there be a continued failure or cooperation to respond within 24 hours of the deadline, the other team will choose all the maps for the match.
[4004.2] - Playoff Round Scheduling⚓︎
Date ranges for playoffs rounds will be announced around Week 6 of the regular season or specified in the respective cup annoucement article. Games must be played within these ranges to avoid delays in the bracket.
